We didn't set out to build a hosting company. One invoice changed that.
We're three brothers, not a founding committee. We left ordinary jobs in Canada to go travel, ended up building a website together in Da Nang, Vietnam, and needed a server to put it on. We picked an ordinary host. The renewal bill taught us more about the hosting industry than anything since — and it's the whole reason Nxeon exists.

Da Nang, Vietnam — the Dragon Bridge behind us, around the time we were about to make a very ordinary hosting mistake.
A rooftop, a website, and a server we needed by the end of the week
None of us had run a company before. We'd spent our 9-to-5s doing perfectly normal things back in Canada, saved up, and left to see more of the world than a two-week vacation allows. Da Nang is where we ended up staying longest — long enough that "get a server" stopped being a someday task and became something we actually had to do that week.
We were putting together a simple booking website for a friend's small business back home — the kind of favour-turned-project that always takes longer than anyone expects. It needed somewhere to live, so we did what everyone does: signed up with the first host whose plan looked cheap enough, and got back to actually enjoying the trip.
Then the renewal came due
The first term was fine — cheap, even. Then the renewal notice landed, and the price on it had nothing to do with the price we'd signed up for. We read it twice, then a third time, assuming we'd missed something in the fine print. We hadn't. It was just quietly, a lot more, with no explanation beyond an email we'd almost skimmed past.
What actually got us wasn't the money. It was realizing, once we started asking around, that this wasn't one host having a bad quarter — it's a pattern a bunch of different hosting companies lean on: quote a low price to get you in the door, then raise it at renewal once your DNS is pointed, your site is live, and switching feels like more hassle than it's worth. We were exactly the naive first-time customers that trick is built for.
So we did the thing you do when something annoys you enough on a trip: we kept talking about it long after we should have dropped it. By the time we were back to working on our own projects full-time, "let's just build the host we wished we'd had" had stopped being a joke.
The one promise we actually kept
Lock in your price today.
The price you sign up at is the price you renew at — it never increases at renewal.
That's not a slogan a marketing team workshopped — there is no marketing team, there's the three of us. It's the direct fix for the exact problem that started this whole thing. Sign up for a Cloud VPS, a game server, shared hosting, business email, or a domain at Nxeon, and the number on your renewal invoice is the same number you saw on day one. We built it that way because we know exactly what it feels like when it isn't.
Not a pitch deck's idea of hosting
The five things we run today, for real customers, from that same instinct: build the thing we'd have wanted.
Cloud VPS
Full root access, NVMe in a ZFS mirror, deployed in under a minute — the kind of box we wanted for our own projects.
Game Servers
One-click Minecraft, Rust, Valheim, and more, with a control panel that doesn't require a wiki to operate.
Shared Hosting
For the site that doesn't need a whole VPS — the exact tier our old Da Nang project would have used.
Business Email
A proper @yourdomain inbox, because free webmail stops looking professional the moment you have a client.
Domains
Register and manage the name itself, on the same invoice as everything sitting behind it.
Three brothers, three very different jobs
No departments, no org chart — just three people who happen to be good at different parts of the same problem.
The one who won't stop touching servers
Spends most days in Proxmox and firewall rules, obsessing over the boring parts — isolation, backups, uptime — that nobody notices until they're missing.
The one who actually finishes things
Built the original travel-project website that started all this, and now builds the dashboard, the checkout, and yes, this page.
The one who replies to your ticket
Handles support, billing, and the part of running a company that's just talking to people honestly when something goes wrong.
Built with love in Vietnam is true in the plain sense — that's genuinely where Nxeon runs from, day to day. The servers themselves live a little further off, in a Singapore data center, chosen for one reason: it keeps latency low and consistent across Asia-Pacific. Home base and hardware don't have to be the same place. In our case, they aren't.
If you've ever opened a renewal email and felt your stomach drop a little, we built this for you — mostly because we've been you. Come see for yourself, and if the price ever changes on you, tell us. That would mean we broke our own rule.
Deploy your first server in under a minute
Creating an account is free and takes no card details. You pay when you deploy — choose a billing term and pay from your wallet or by card at checkout.
